Manufacture of aircraft parts and special jigs
We manufacture aircraft-related products such as jet engine parts, measuring instruments for aircraft equipment, and various jigs for machining.
In particular, our precision processing technology for difficult-to-cut materials, such as those used in critical parts such as DISK, is highly regarded.
Our company has operated the Production Technology Group to accumulate the necessary processing technology for processing jet engine parts since 1982, and has put in place a system that can handle products in the development stage. We also have in-house jig design capabilities.
Manufacture of space station components, rocket parts, and special jigs
We manufacture ultra-precision components such as space station components and rocket parts.
In this field where product quality is of the utmost importance, we have acquired “JISQ 9100” Aerospace Quality Management System certification and are promoting the establishment of a quality management system throughout the company. We are engaged in the manufacture of parts for various exper-imental facilities and rocket parts used on the space stations.

We mainly design various jigs related to the manufacture of jet engine parts, and also de-sign specialized machines and jigs in other fields.
